how do I set an email to ring and another to silent?

I am new to iphones having purchased an iphone 4.

On my old BB i could set one email to notify me when emails came in and my work email on silent since I get many after i go to bed. is there anyway to do this on the iphone?

Sorry, with an iPhone it's silence all or silence none.
