I want the Lock Screen background to be different than the Home Screen background. In iOS 16 and earlier, this customization seemed fairly straight forward. However, in iOS 17, beyond blurring and otherwise diffusing whatever image is on the Lock Screen, the only option (I see) is to select a photo from the photo library/camera roll.

NO! 😡

I want to choose, you know, one of these \/ for the Home Screen:

Something simply elegant that offers a better contrast against icons. My currently chosen one:

Head to settings then Wallpaper, you can adjust current or swipe right and you can add new, from there you can choose your desire photo ect. Will ask if you want to set up as Wallpaper Pair or Customise Home Screen. Customise Home Screen is function that allows you to have different wallpaper to your Lock Screen.
