How do I set the default permissions for sending a .pdf in iMessage?

I am on Sequoia 15.4.1

Whenever I drag/drop a .pdf file into an iMessage on my MacBook Air M4, it defaults to "Collaborate" and I have to change it to "Send copy"

Is there a way so the default is "Send copy"?
