How do I set up Exchange contacts on my mac

Hello all

I have an exchange account for my university email, contacts etc and have set it up on my iPhone and iPad so that I can access the massive contacts book.

It is accessable via a separate group called global address list. I love it as it is very easy for me to get the emails of people I work with. How can I set up a similar think on my mac. I don't want my personal contacts to sync with it. I want them to be a separate group.
