How do i setup my new iPhone

Hi guys

i recently bought an apple iphone4 A1332 and when u switch it shows the iTunes icon and the usb cable on screen and a padlock at the top centre. What do i do to get into the menu as i am new with the iphones.

You have to connect it to your computer and activate it with iTunes.

You'll need a microSIM card too with a valid carrier.
