I moved my HomePod to my living room and since then, the audio from Netflix playing on AppleTV also plays on my HomePod. I have to use the down button to unselect the HomePod audio every time I turn on the TV to watch a movie or tv show. How do I stop this? Thanks!

So where do you want to play the audio? How are all the involved devices connected?

I have a sound bar conntects to my tv that i prefer the play the audio. AppleTV is connected to the tv via hdmi and the tv is connected to the sound bar via hdmi arc. Everything has been working fine for a while. The problem came when I moved my HomePod to the living room from the kitchen.

The audio settings on the Apple TV only show hdmi audio selected but when I play something the HomePod plays sound as well and I have to deselect it from the drop down menu
