How do I stop getting this icon help please.

I am sure there is a name for this icon but I don't know what it is. I don't know how to shut it off. It is some type of sharing icon between my Mini and my MacBook. Does anyone know what it is called and how to shut the sharing off ? My goal is to shut off all sharing between all computers.

Just turn off "handoff" between this and the other apple device.
what this does is share a page in safari from an iPad to a MacBook or visa versa

that can be a great feature, or a hinderance.
