I don't even have facebook linked under my accounts so I'm not sure where these all came from.... When I open my iCal and click on preferences, I can uncheck the 'Show Birthday Calendar' but that doesn't actually stop the notifications, it just hides the Birthday Calendar. My question is, how do I delete this birthday calendar?

Open up calendar, click view> show calendar list (if its not already) then right click on facebook events > get info and ignore alerts or bottom left calendar events, highlight facebook then bottom left minus and delete it altogether. Hope thats clear.
