How do I stop my iPhoto pictures from uploading twice??

I check selected album on itunes, and click on last 12 months...then after the phone syncs the pictures are in both "Photo Library" and "Last 12 months"

How can I just get it to be Photo Library with no"Last 12 Months" folder?
