How do I stop this? Keep Getting Pop Up

I don't know what happened, I visited a website to download a video from YouTube and now this won't stop.

I installed AVAST to try and stop it, still coming.

Any ideas?

You subscribed to a website push notification service. Go to Safari -> Settings -> Web Sites -> Notifications and check what's there.
