How do I STOP Watch OS6 update?

It says it's going to take two days to download!!! Something must be wrong. How to I stop this download?

Maybe try to restart your watch? Or connect your watch to your home wifi?

I started the OS6 download on home wifi and close to the phone of course. Initially said 1 day to download and update, after about half an hour changed to 3 hours and Lo and Behold it finished in two and a half hours.
