I've had my MacBook for a few months now, but this is something I haven't yet tried to tackle until now.

I have a PC running Windows 7 on my home network. On that PC I store lots of racing footage from WSBK, MotoGP, etc. I've always used my PS3 and streamed from the Windows PC via Tversity Media Server to the PS3 and subsequently to my television. This works great, and has for several years.

What I'd like to do is find a way to stream from the Windows PC via Tversity to my MacBook Pro, but I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to get it working.

The Tversity server is alive and broadcasting - I've been attempting to use VLC Player on the MBP to connect to Tversity but it's not working. I can view the Tversity folders in my browser, but attempting to open a file doesn't work.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
