How do I sync iCals on 2 Macs on wireless home network?

I have a MacBook Air running Lion and an iMac running Snow Leopard on a wireless home network. Each Mac has its own iCal with different information entered. I want to sync the two so that they each have all the information on both of them. And I want to do this wirelessly across the network.

MobileMe won't work because it is not accepting new accounts. iCloud won't work because it is not up yet. So the question is: how do I do it wirelessly between the iMac and the Air?

you can always sync to Google Cal until icloud is up.
