How do I sync score, unlocked items and in-purchase between iPad and iPhone?

I play several games such as temple run and subway surf.
I want it to keep update the data. How do I sync such score, unlocked items and in-purchase between iPad and iPhone?

It is up to developers of each game to do this. iCloud provides convenient methods or they could use their own server. Cut The Rope uses iCloud to sync progress. If the games you are playing don't do this contact the developers and ask them to add it.
