Thanks in advance.

I know I can get the sun to work from iTunes to the iDevice, but is it possible to sync from my iPhone/iDevice to my iTunes library? This has frustrated me for some time now, as I'm much more likely to rate songs on my device as they play, than I am to sit for hours rating them on my computer. Any advice is appreciated.

As a second issue, is it possible to stop iTunes from overwriting my iPhone-rated-songs after a wired sync?

Cheers!

Do you understand the concept of syncing? Information isn't just pushed to your iPhone - syncing means the most recent information from both devices is merged. I've been rating songs on my iPhone since 2007 and it works just fine.

TBH, I must not understand. I've not intentionally tested it, but have noticed that ratings in my phone don't show up ok my computer after a hard sync. Didn't intend to stir animosity...
