How do I take off the Power Support anti glare film Screen Protector

I bought my iphone off craigslist with the screen protector on, theres some lint stuck underneath, and theres like a small dent i guess on the screen protector, so i want to replace it with a new one

heres a pic of the small dent, its near the top corner

how do i go about taking it off?

Take some scotch tape, roll it up, stick it to it, and pull. Should come right off.

if you plan on ditching it, just pull that sucker off...no worries.
