iPod touch How do i take stuff off my itouch?

I want to take one photo or photo folder without taking all of them off... how?

Connect the iPod touch to your Mac and click on the iPt icon in the source column of iTunes. Then you can tell the system which items you want to get synced. So just deselect the folder you want to get rid of. Or you can delete the folder inside iPhoto. That will erase that folder on the iPod touch too, I guess.
