How do I tell between Sprint and Verizon iPhone 4?

I was at a garage sale today and I found a guy who had an iPhone that was all disassembled. He had shattered his screen and was going to try to replace it and gave up half way through. I have all the parts and am trying to figure out if it's a Verizon or Sprint phone. Is there any way to find the IMEI printed anywhere? There is no sim slot on the phone, so that's how I made the assumption that it's Verizon or Sprint.

I totally forgot until we had already left. I didn't even remember where the house was.
