How do I trace an 02 consignment number?

I have have just had an email from 02 saying my iphone has been dispatched!

the consignment number isn't recognised on dhl through the link in the email.

Does anyone have any ideas?

WTF!! that must mean they have new stock. When did your order your phone? did they give you a delivery date?

2pm failover last monday. The package has been picked up, so I am hoping tomorrow

that doesnt work, my dhl consignment number begins jjd and the o2 order numner begin on-

I used the JJ number and it worked - give it an hour or so to update
