Hello,

I've been doing some searching around here first, but nothing really helpful came up.

My question is: I ordered an iMac via Austria's Apple Store (the invoice says "Apple Sales International", Cork, Ireland) and I don't know how to track it. Apple's order status doesn't have any functionality in this direction.

Thanks in advance for any good advice!

So I guess no one's really interested in helping a guy from Europe?

i think only US and maybe Britain has that function.

i know when i ordered mine i was not able to track it (im from New Zealand)
all it told me that it was prepared for shipment and then that it had shipped.

I have been able to track it, does Apples order status give a carrier name (eg TNT) and a tracking number? In which case you can track it on the carriers website.

PS How does postal delivery work in Austria, does every house have its own letter box, or do you collect your post at the post office? If you collect your post at the post office its less important as you don't have to be in for the carrier ;).

1. Get your "waybill" or tracking number.
2. Find out who the courier is that they used to ship it.
3. Go to said couriers website, look for tracking option and enter in what you got as 1.

Simple.
