iPod touch How do i transfer apps from new computer to my itouch?

So i got an itouch, and mostly i downloaded apps from my laptop because i dont have home wifi. Now my laptop is nearly broken, so i bought a computer BUT when i download app from the new computer i cant transfer it to my itouch. How do i fix it? any solution for that? thanks ;)
 
yaa it is jailbroken, but i still download some free apps from appstore and yes i usually use itunes to transfer
