How do I transfer itunes to new ipad2?

I'm searching for a nice pre-owned 32GB ipad 2, and one of the benefits I see is I will be able to stream music to my home stereo with the use of a airPost express.

I currently have about 28GB of music in itunes on my PC running windows 7, and would like to know the easiest way to transfer the of music from my PC to the new ipad2.

sync the iPad with iTunes and transfer all your music. though you will fill up the entire iPad with music and not have any space for apps/movies/books/etc.

Well, if you are syncing all your music, just let it sync all the music in iTunes. Otherwise, you can make a playlist, (or a smart playlist), with either favorites, most played, etc in it, and sync that.
