How do I transfer MS Office back to Macbook Pro

I did a clean install of OS Mavericks and want to transfer Microsoft Office back onto my MacBook from my external drive in Time Machine without running a Restore. How do I do this without getting an error message when I start the program? The program is asking me to run the install again, but I don't have the original download file and activation key! Thanks
