Hello,

Is it possible to transfer photos and videos from one iCloud account to another? If yes, how?

Thank you.
 
Not a Direct transfer, But you can log in to iCloud from your PC and download all photos and videos then log in from the other account and upload them there.

or if you have another iPhone you can just Airdrop them and they will sync up.
