How do I transfer songs on my iTunes from Mac to Mac using my iPhone?

So what im trying to do is transfer my songs from Macbook Pro to my Mac Mini using my iPhone as a storage device. Is there an app for this; or how would I go about doing this?

You can use air share, but why bother even throwing in the middle man?

Connect the macs together via firewire and boot into it, or just connect one mac from the other via the " Shared Devices " on finder and just click and drag on to your hard drive
