How do I Transfer Videos i Recorded on Ipad 2?

i took a lot of video footage of some behind the scenes stuff at a music video shoot today and i cant figure out how to transfer the video footage from my ipad to my computer.

i synced it back up to my mac and went thru all the options and cant find the option to sync back videos.. any idea?
