How do I turn my own audio tracks/clips into SMS tones?

So I basically jailbroke my iPhone for customizing purposes.

How do I allow my own music and sounds to become SMS tones? And while I'm at it, how do I do the same for my own ringtone? Is there an app I have to download to do this?

Use this site! Upload your track, use the timewave to make it shorter etc then save it to your desktop. It will be an m4r file. Just drag that into your ringtones folder in iTunes and sync with your phone!

Ringtones and SMS tones are the same list now. make sure it's under 40 seconds though.
