How do I turn off this check thing

There is a check mark next to my post and I was wondering how to get rid of it...

1. this should be in site forum and feedback.
2. go to your User CP > Options and turn off auto subscriptions.

That check mark shows that you are subscribed to the thread. If you turn that off, then you won't get automatic updates of posts in the thread. But you can turn off auto-subscription in your User CP.
