how do i uninstall msn messenger

i have downloaded the msn messenger for mac but i now i need to uninstall it.
how do i do that? i tried dragging the downloaded files to the trash bin but the messenger icon is still on my desktop.

Dear vinceahj,

Look in your applications folder if msn is removed there. If not, drag it also to the trash. The same for the icon on your desktop. Drag it to the trash.

well, i don't think this is a macbook air specific question (you put it in the Air forum) but i'll try to help.

most likely you can't trash the DMG because it's still mounted as a disk because the app is still active. make sure you completely quit from the program, then make sure you eject the MSN Messenger disk (drag it to the trash), then you can get delete the DMG. i hope i described that correctly, but give it a shot...
