How do I uninstall the airport extreme 2008-002 update? My Airport wont connect???

I just got back from the genius bar where they insisted on putting airport extreme 2008-002 on my macbook. Now that I read posts I see that these updates really just mess stuff up. Now everytime I click on the wireless network I normally use it says there is an error connecting. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance guys!
