How do I unlock iPhone 5 that is stuck at Emergency Calls / and I cant unlock it for 1000's of minutes. I bought a AT&T iPhone 5 like this on craigslist for Cheap. But the only problem is it stuck at the cant be unlocked for XXXXX amount of minutes. And the emergency calls screen.
