iPad How do I update a theme's icons to iOS 6?

I could get my Glasklart Lockscreen Theme to update and I am happy with how that turned out. But, I cannot get the icons on my springboard to update. I have tried naming the icon to the same name as the ones in the app according to AppInfo. I tried a respring through winterboard to reapply the theme but it won't change the icons. Am I missing something?

Update: The system icons are going in but the User App icons will not go. If anyone has suggestions I am all for them.
