How do I upload/download something to my iPhone?

Yeah, that's basically my question. I have searched it up but I can't seem to find anything to help with that dilemma.
The story is this:
I ripped a cd that I own onto my computer, but I don't know how to put that CDs material onto my iPhone without Internet. My iPhone has Internet but my computer doesn't. Any ideas?

Try to import the music to iTunes from the CD, then sync the music to your iPhone.
