My wife's iPad 2 will load pictures from an SD card from her Canon camera (with the adapter) lickety split. I just bought her a Sony cam that takes both Pro Duo and SD. I can take pics with her cam and upload them onto the iPad 2 but I can't upload any videos. Do I need a special app for videos? Thanks.

How do I upload videos on an iPad 2?

What's the file format. That could be the issue. Some of the cams record in divx etc which can't be read by the native apps.
