How do I use the hotspot for Windows Vista?

It's plugged in and I turned the hotspot on but it never shows up in the connection list. It works with everything else except my computer

Does not work. Nothing comes up when I turn it on and the computer makes me pick dial up or broadband for a connection

Well I messed around and clicked "diagnose and repair" and now it says "the network adapter Apple Mobile Device Ethernet is experiencing driver or hardware issues" so I know that it at least recognizes the device now. I went to control panel and it has the yellow sign on it but not on the MWL filter miniport. It says windows can't load the device driver for the hardware so what do I do now?
