how do I video chat between iphone and PC without JB?

is anyway to vid chat between a pc and iphone without jailbreak? I was looking at fring but still cannot figure out what software pc end should install

I've also tried skype but there is no video chat feature on iphone skype app

Fring had it enabled for about 2 days until Skype got wind of it and pulled the plug.

In other words, he's pretty sure the iPhone version has it on the mere fact that the PC versions can do it.

the only way right now is an app (forgot the name) that is supposed to be in the apple store (according to the app website-don't know if its finally approved) but is in actuality right now in cydia... someone talked about the app a few days back here in MR if you want to search for it...
