How do i view movie thumbnails

How do i view movie thumbnails in a folder that have have movie tags, mainly WMV,AVI

any help would be great guys
 
Select the file you want to preview and hit apple+i, or right click and do get info. In there there is a preview pane, providing you have the correct codec for quicktime to be able to play the movie, you will get a preview in there.
 
View the folder in column view. You'll see previews in that view.
