How do Mac users run a logon script from Windows Server?

So here's the deal. Usually, I have remote connect vpn and then run a netlogon script to map their drives and gain access to their shares (Windows Server 2003).

But I have this Mac user who wants to do the same and I don't know how I can automate the netlogon process. Any clues?
