Maybe this is not an issue in the West, but here in China it is rare to find an Authorized Dealer, mostly just dealers, maybe they put a fake sign saying authorized or not, but they are not really Authorized by Apple. Many things indicate this, but one of the key indicators is price. Up to 20% less than the Apple Store. Sorry, maybe this is a bit more of a China Business thread for a whole other website.

Actually, you can find resellers really Authorized by Apple in Apple website.
