How do Reg 480*320 Apps look on the 960*640 Retina Display
Games and Applications?

Thanks-your time is greatly appreciated.

It depends on the app.

If it's a very text-based app AND it gets its text from the system (and not custom built graphics) then you'll see a lot of high-rez text in that "old" app.

'Hey Where Are You' is a good example. It hasn't been updated for the new display but it's mostly text and an embedded google map. All of those things are crystal clear. It's only their custom buttons at the bottom of the screen that are fuzzy.

So some are ok but others are pretty blurry all around. It depends.

Like an earlier poster said, they look completely awful. While the text is rendered at full resolution, the blurry icon and other graphic resources really take away from the polish of the apps, and can make your home screen look like crap.

My sentiments exactly.
