How do removed SMTP Servers from OSX Mail +

Hi,

I have suddenly a lot of problems with my Mail setup.

I use live.dk and this have served me well for many years .
Now the outgoing server is not working anymore.

I then thought that I would delete the SMTP servers, that was not being used and
put in another one, with fresh setting, which I found on the Internet.

BUT - I cannot delete SMTP serves, as I try and delete them from the list in Apple Mail, there seems to
come more and more of the same I am deleting.

I am using OSX 10.13 and Apple Mail 11.0 ....What is wrong and how do I proceed ?
