how do the 12" ibook/powerbooks deal with adobe cs2/3?

hey so i'm considering getting a 12" ibook/powerbook cheap for my semester abroad, i really want the portability. My main concern though is the adobe creative suite. i assume i'd have to upgrade but can anyone tell me how these handle adobe cs2 or cs3?

i assume you'd be posting from experience, so please post the specs you have and any upgrades youve done!

I have an the last iBook G4 (1,33 512MB 40GB 12') and it handles Photoshop CS2 quite well for small works (images less than A4 format).. to improve performances you could, as i do, use an external firewire hd as scratch disk (or an usb2 one).
