How Do They Do It?

I've read a lot of you suggest buying Apple Care on eBay. I was just wondering how are they able to sell it for like $100 cheaper than Apple? Where do they get it?

I was under the impression that they just bought in bulk and so got a better deal, hence they can sell them cheaper. Not 100% sure though

I have no idea, but I got AppleCare for my Cinema Display for much less than Apple would have sold me it for. The code worked fine on the website.
