iPad How do transfer old iMessages from my iPad 3 to the new air?

I am wanting to transfer my iMessage conversations from my old iPad to my new Air.

How would I go and accomplish this!?!

Backup your old iPad to either iCloud (from your device) or iTunes (on your computer). Then, when you get your new iPad, restore it from your backup (directly on your device if you used iCloud, and by plugging into your computer and restoring backup if you used iTunes).

This will also transfer over your apps, app data, call log, settings, photos, etc.
