Hi everyone,

I got tons of PDF files on my macbook and may i know how do i sync or transfer them to my ipad?

Thanks!

When you mean Transfer PDFs do you mean as way to store them like on a usb flash drive or to view them like an e-Reader?

If you just want to veiw PDFs any PDF reader from the App Store will do, no need to JB your iPad to do that.

Buy GoodReader from the AppStore. Drag n' sync in iTunes via USB. It supports iWork, Microsoft Office and a whole bunch of other types of files as well. Incredibly useful.

would like to view them like an e-reader and am wondering how to sync them.

just by dragging into itunes?

sorry for such noob question as i will be getting the ipad tomorrow.

You can also get a dropbox account (free for 2G) and the dropbox app and add the PDFs in the specified dropbox folder on the PC or Mac. It will sync that way. No iTunes sync needed.

Yes. Using Good Reader as a example, after you install it, you'll see a small window at the bottom of you app page of iTunes. Just drag and drop. It will be much faster than wireless sync.
