How do u make animated 'tars?

How do u make a animated avatar. I have a couple of iamges i want to use to make it animated...what do i need?

I use a number of things, but Image Ready or Flash should work fine. GifBuilder if you're on a budget - you might want to search version tracker for the latest one.

But Image Ready is probably the best and easiest.

I figured Mr. Avatarist would have something to say about ImageReady.

But I agree no less. ImageReady has one of the highest levels of compression settings. It takes some experimenting, though.

It comes with Photoshop - so its not free.....
