Maybe I haven't run across a song that's Hi-Res Lossless?? Seems all the songs have the same Lossless icon so how do we know what version of Lossless it is?

I have an ifi audio hip-dac and a THX Onyx and they have a colored light indicator that supposedly changes when a lossless track is played. So far I haven’t been able to get either to show a color other than the default. But, until I read this thread I wasn’t aware of the high-res lossless wording being present. all i have seen in my music is lossless. I now need to try that Prince album to see. I just want to see the color change on my DAC to confirm I am listening to a high-res track. It sounds great either way but I want a different color light. lol

Ok, hi-res lossless does cause the light on my DAC to change from its normal color. I can’t tell a difference in quality. It all sounds great through my DAC, normal, lossless or hi-res lossless. probably my ear buds (campfire audio atlas).
