Confirmed for mine already for 1pm. I think their scheduling server is on the laggy side.

I did it through the app after ordering.

On the Featured tab scroll down just past "pick your fav models" and you'll see a link for scheduling an appointment.

Same thing happened to me for my 3:30pm appointment tomorrow. Logged back in and it shows it as confirmed on the website too.
