How do you access videos from the videos app?

Say I want to upload something to Facebook. The only options I see are:

Take Photo or Video
Photo Library
iCloud Drive
Documents
More

How do I access the videos I loaded on to my iOS device via iTunes? There are no share options in the videos app. Does Apple not allow access to anything but the camera roll?

you cannot. Ios naming is just stupid. The "videos" app is primarily for itunes purchases, and any home videos you load manually thru Itunes. The rest, is all through "camera roll".
