How do you Activate a prepaid Bell sim with a USA address.

I travel to Canada and I'm tired of buying sim cards when I cross the boarder anybody know if you buy say the prepaid sims on say Ebay.Anyway to activate them with a USA Address and credit card for the Iphone 6s plus before I leave?
